Inovica was initially ran as a lifestyle web design agency, set up in 1994. We initially provided consultancy to the Directors and have helped to formulate a strategy of growth, linked to a pivot by the company with a focus on two distinct areas. We have implemented stringent financial controls, systems and processes as well as completely new accounting software.

We have helped Competitor Monitor to grow into a 7-figure business in a short space of time. This has been achieved through no external investment, using financial reporting and modelling to allow the company to grow organically. Nearly every aspect of the business has been touched by us, including the creation of a pricing calculator for the sales team, researching and organising salaries as well as coaching for the Directors.

Continuum Digital Ltd, provide high quality digital printing and design solutions using high-end digital printing and finishing equipment. As a new start-up Wrensfield Ltd has been involved from the early stages, implementing systems to provide good financial support from the start, building in efficiencies to help the management team focus on business growth. We provide a fully outsourced Finance Department to Continuum, covering all the standard accounting and bookkeeping services as well as providing insight to assist with important strategic decisions.

Trivirtual Ltd are a technology company focusing on customer service software, delivering virtual digital solutions to call centres and corporate clients.
